Shipping policy

Please make sure your address and personal information is fully entered and correct before submitting orders. If there are any issues verifying your address we will contact you via email up to three times. After three failed attempts of contacting you your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to you. 

If you notice any wrong information that was submitted please contact us ASAP so we are able to resolve issues in a timely manner. If issue isn't caught in timely manner we are not responsible. 

If there are any issues with tracking please contact United States Postal Services FIRST. As K's Kloset isn't responsible for any delayed or misplaced packages.
